We provide delivery services to all major cities and most remote areas of Pakistan.


2. Delivery Charges

We offer simple and transparent shipping charges:

  • Flat Delivery Fee: Rs. 150

  • The delivery charges increase with each product addition to order.

The delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before placing your order.


3. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timelines are:

  • Karachi: 2–3 working days

  • Outside Karachi: 4–7 working days

Delivery timelines are counted after order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Remote delivery locations


4. Order Confirmation Process

To ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent orders, Silvercrest.pk follows a strict order confirmation process.

After placing your order:

  • A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email

  • You must reply to confirm your order

  • Your order will be shipped only after confirmation is received

If confirmation is not received, the order may be cancelled automatically.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for customer convenience.

Important COD terms:

  • Open parcel / allow to open before payment facility is NOT available

6. Order Processing and Shipping

Once your order is confirmed:

  • The order will be processed and handed over to PostEx Courier

  • You may receive tracking information on email once your order is shipped

  • Delivery will be attempted at your provided shipping address


7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is NOT possible

  • If you wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately after placing your order


8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery multiple times. However:

  • Please ensure your phone number is active and reachable

  • Failure to respond may result in order return or cancellation


9. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability


10. Damaged or Missing Items

Customer must make order unboxing video for claims. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Order unboxing video
  • Description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
