Warranty, Return and Refunds Policy

At Silvercrest.pk, we strive to ensure that our customers receive products in excellent condition. Please read our Warranty, Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Warranty Disclaimer

All products sold on Silvercrest.pk are imported products manufactured in China.

• There is no official company warranty available in Pakistan, as the Silvercrest brand does not have an authorized service center or official presence in Pakistan.
• Some products may mention a warranty on the product box or packaging. However, this warranty is issued by the manufacturer and is not claimable or valid in Pakistan.
• Silvercrest.pk does not provide any manufacturer warranty.

2. 7-Day Checking Warranty

All products sold on Silvercrest.pk come with a 7-day checking warranty only, starting from the date of delivery.

This checking warranty covers:

• Products received in damaged condition
• Products received in defective or non-working condition
• If the product is not to your liking (change of mind)

This checking warranty allows you to request:

• Replacement, or
• Refund (subject to conditions below)

3. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, refund, or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be in new condition
• Product must be unused
• Product must be returned with:
  • Original box
  • All accessories
  • Manuals
  • Original packaging
• Product must not be physically damaged by the customer
• Product must not show signs of use, wear, scratches, burns, or mishandling

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

For return requests:

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse in Karachi
• Return shipping charges are paid by the customer
• Return shipping charges are non-refundable
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Warehouse address will be provided after return request approval.

5. Inspection and Refund Process

After receiving the returned product:

• Our team will inspect the product to verify its condition
• If the product meets return conditions, refund will be approved
• Refund will be issued via bank transfer to customer’s bank account

Refund deductions:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping charges are non-refundable
• 4% government tax on Cash on Delivery (COD) will be deducted
• Remaining amount will be refunded

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after inspection approval

6. Rejected Returns

If the returned product is found to be:

• Used
• Damaged by customer
• Missing accessories or packaging
• Not in new condition

Then:

• The return will be rejected
• Product will be shipped back to the customer
• Shipping charges will be payable by customer as Cash on Delivery (COD)

7. Replacement Policy

If customer requests replacement instead of refund:

• Replacement will be arranged through courier service
• Courier will deliver replacement product to customer’s address
• Courier will also pick up the original product from the customer

Customer responsibilities:

• Customer must properly pack the product
• Product must be securely sealed in original packaging
• All accessories and original box must be included

Silvercrest.pk will arrange courier pickup and replacement delivery.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Request is made after 7 days of delivery
• Product is used, damaged, or incomplete
• Product is returned without original packaging
• Product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, water, voltage fluctuation, or physical damage
• Product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging by customer

9. How to Request Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement, contact us with:

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photos or video (if damaged or defective)
