Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The pictures of the product on Ad are of original product and same original product will be shipped to you. So rest assured.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Sales receipt is shared on email after order is delivered for cash on delivery products. While for advance payment orders, sales receipt is shared on email within 12hours after funds have cleared in our bank account. We will share sales receipt on Whatsapp as well on your request.
How can I return an item?
Please go through our return policy and contact us on Whatsapp/Call. We will guide you through the process.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We always try to maintain all our products in stock though sometimes it may take months as our products are imported from China. Which involves clearance of stock at Karachi port which takes time.
How can I view the current status of my order?
After shipping, tracking number of your order is shared to you on email. You may view current status of your order by tracking it on PostEx courier website.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery time in Karachi is 2-3 days while it may take 4-7 days for out of Karachi deliveries. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen situations and delays.
